Capture a real space once, then let people explore it from anywhere. Used across construction, offices, retail, hospitality, showrooms and commercial environments.
Virtual Tours. Digital Twins. 3D Space Documentation.
Different names for the same technology. The difference is how you use it.
Each of these was captured with a Matterport camera. Click a category to explore the space.
Not every job needs one. But when the space is the product, when location, size, layout and feel are what people are deciding on, nothing communicates that better than the ability to walk through it themselves.
Overseas buyers, remote clients, interstate stakeholders. Give them the real experience before they book a flight.
Scans taken pre-fit-out, mid-construction or post-renovation become permanent documentation that photos and video can't replicate.
Facility managers, architects and designers make better calls when they can measure, annotate and revisit without being on site.
In commercial real estate and hospitality, a virtual tour is increasingly an expectation. Not a premium add-on.
Virtual tours aren't just for property marketing. Matterport scans and 3D walkthroughs are increasingly used for documentation, collaboration, planning and remote access across a wide range of industries.
Track build progress, coordinate remotely, document stages and create visual project records over time.
Showcase offices, leased spaces, shared workspaces and business environments to clients and stakeholders.
Create interactive walkthroughs for stores, display spaces, vehicle showrooms and customer experiences.
Maintain visual building records for maintenance planning, asset tracking and operational reference.
Allow guests and event organisers to understand the layout and feel of a venue before they visit.
Support planning, renovations and design discussions with accurate 3D spatial reference.
Every scan produces an interactive virtual tour as standard. For commercial, construction and design projects, the raw scan data can also be processed into additional file outputs.
Tour only
Suited to: real estate, accommodation, tourism, retail, venues, marketing
Nothing for clients to download. The tour is hosted online and accessible from any device.
Scan data and file extraction
Suited to: architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, design
Pricing varies depending on the level of data extraction required. This is discussed upfront based on the project scope.

After the scan
Within 24 to 48 hours, processing is complete and you receive your hosted tour link, floor plan and measurement data. From there you embed it, share it or hand it off, depending on what you need it for.
Ongoing value
The scan does not expire. Facilities teams use it for maintenance reference. Architects pull dimensions months later. Landlords share it with prospective tenants year after year. A single scan keeps delivering.
We capture the space using professional 3D scanning equipment.
The data is converted into an immersive digital walkthrough and spatial model.
Embed it online, share internally or use it for documentation and planning.
Yes. Virtual tour, Matterport scan, digital twin and 3D walkthrough are all names for the same thing: a photorealistic 3D capture of a real space that people can explore online from any device.
Depending on the project, additional files can be generated beyond the interactive tour. These include point cloud files, schematic floor plans, measurement data, CAD-compatible files, BIM-compatible files, OBJ files, reflected ceiling plans and site documentation assets. This is more common on commercial, construction and design projects where the scan data is as valuable as the tour itself.
Construction, retail, architecture, offices, hospitality, education, healthcare and commercial spaces.
It depends on the size and complexity of the space. Small offices may take under an hour while larger commercial sites can take significantly longer.
Yes. Virtual tours are commonly used for progress tracking, visual documentation and remote coordination on construction sites.
Yes. Spaces can be rescanned and updated over time when layouts change, renovations happen, displays are updated or new areas are added. This is especially useful for construction progress documentation and evolving commercial spaces.
Yes. Tours can be embedded directly into any website or shared via link.
Yes. Take Five Films provides virtual tour services across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region.
Once the scan is processed, you receive a shareable web link and embed code. The tour is hosted online so there is nothing for your clients to download. It works on desktop, mobile and tablet. Depending on the project, additional outputs such as floor plans, QR codes or branded landing pages can also be arranged.
It depends on the project. Short-term hosting suits real estate listings, temporary campaigns and event spaces. Mid-term suits retail fit-outs, showrooms and exhibitions. Long-term hosting is common for accommodation, tourism operators, permanent venues, training environments and facilities management. Ongoing hosting arrangements are available.
You will always receive access to the deliverables included in your package. For projects involving extracted files or commercial documentation assets, ownership and licensing depends on the file types required, third-party processing costs and long-term storage needs. This is discussed upfront based on the project scope.
Yes. Tours work across desktop, mobile and tablet with no app download required for standard viewing.
